Regular “physical exams” for your computer to prevent potential failures. Our on‑site health check includes comprehensive tests of hard drive S.M.A.R.T. attributes, memory stability, battery wear level, thermal system efficiency, and system event log errors, generating a detailed report with plain‑language interpretations and recommended actions. Based on the report, we provide maintenance advice tailored to your usage. The inspection items are standardised, but each computer’s data is entirely unique, as are the interpretations and recommendations; therefore a deposit secures the visit, and the final fee is calculated based on the actual number of checks performed and the level of detail in the report.
