1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and primepcvisit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing primepcvisit.com and engaging our on-site maintenance services, you signify your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description and Nature of Transactions
primepcvisit provides on-site professional maintenance and troubleshooting support.
Transaction Model: All services provided through primepcvisit.com are structured as one-time, discrete transactions.
Billing Structure: We do not engage in subscription models, recurring billing, or automated periodic charges. Each service appointment, including any initial deposit and final settlement, is processed as a unique, individual event. Once the agreed-upon service scope is completed and full payment is rendered, no further charges will be initiated by our system.
3. Booking, Deposits, and Payment
Appointments: Service appointments are confirmed upon the successful processing of an initial deposit via our digital storefront. This deposit secures the assigned time slot and dispatch resources.
Final Payment: Following the on-site assessment and completion of the service, the final balance of the service fee is due. Payment must be cleared in accordance with the billing terms presented at the time of service finalization.
Payment Processing: Financial transactions are managed via our integrated payment infrastructure. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized for use.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations: If a client elects to cancel a scheduled appointment, the initial deposit is subject to our standard cancellation policy, which accounts for the allocation of professional resources. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Modification: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments based on field conditions, weather, or logistical constraints, and will provide timely notification to the client in such instances.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided to assist in maintaining the operational functionality of your hardware. While our personnel apply standard industry practices, the following limitations apply:
Pre-existing Conditions: primepcvisit is not liable for data loss, pre-existing hardware damage, or software instability that may be discovered during the diagnostic or maintenance process.
Scope of Responsibility: Our liability for any claim arising from the services rendered is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client for the specific service transaction. Under no circumstances shall primepcvisit be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the on-site environment is accessible and that all critical data has been backed up prior to our arrival. primepcvisit assumes no responsibility for data recovery or the restoration of information that was not secured by the client prior to the commencement of services.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the region where the business is registered.
8. Amendments
primepcvisit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your specific service booking shall apply to that transaction.
