Multiple computers in an office or home cannot use a single shared printer, or the scanner cannot save images to a designated folder. Our on‑site setup includes enabling print sharing on the host, configuring workgroup names, adding network printer ports on clients, and installing matching scanner drivers and document management software. We ensure interoperability across different OS versions and test print pages and scan output quality. Because network environments and printer/scanner model combinations are diverse, configuration difficulty varies; a deposit is required, and the final fee is based on the number of connected devices and the debugging complexity.
